Aywonda, whose birth name is Ebenezer Ayomide Damilare was born into a family of six, in Lagos state. He is from Ondo state. Aywonda accepted Christ and was baptized 1 year ago & has since discovered and followed his passion and calling for worship a year ago and music production for over 3 years, having served in different capacities as a worship leader & director. His music encompasses an eclectic blend of Afro gospel and Soul and a soulful mix of smooth dynamic sounds, he transforms worship songs into experiences.

He has shared with many music greats like Mairo great, Nosa, Yaya Golden Praise, Elijah, and so on. Aywonda simply believes he has been called by grace and anointed by God to bring the good news of the gospel across the nations of the world through the music he does.

Aywonda has served in various capacities from Chorister to Worship leader to Music in different parishes of The RCCG, Baptist (Lagos) and presently at This Present House where he worked as the worship leader for about a Year ago.

Aywonda's passion is worship and his underlying objective is to ‘lift up the name of Jesus and bring people closer to their Creator’. He has released various songs beginning with ‘Just Believe’ in 2020, ‘ Beauty for Ashes’, ‘Devotion song ft Kate’, 'Ori',  ‘ Asiko (Time)’ , Ogene Do, Oluwa Lon Somi, Mama Mi and a gorgeous song titled with we all need somebody in the Splendid Album 2022 and also recently making waves is “Life” featuring Elijah. He has a video on air ‘Oluwa Lon somi’. He is associated with a number of worship movements including ‘’ The Royal Voices"  etc. He is putting his perfectionist touch to his highly anticipated debut album to be launched this year and other videos to be released soon. He is also passionate about Art and Creativity and an ardent Painting and Crafting lover
