Nsikasizwe David Junior Ngcobo popularly known as Nasty C is a South African rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer. He has gained massive success in creating lyrical songs filled with hardcore raps and hard drums. Nasty C has solidified himself as one of the biggest acts in Africa touring across the continent and selling out venues.
Junior was born in Diepkloof, Soweto. After his mom died in a fatal accident, he relocated to Durban to be raised by his father, Davido Maviyo Ngcobo who is a resource manager. Nsikasizwe started music at a very young age. When he was nine, he gained interest in music through his elder brother, Siyabonga, who influenced him to rap and produce music. Junior attended Strelitzia Secondary School in Lotus Park, Durban.
At the age of fifteen, David released his debut mixtape, One Kid, a Thousand Coffins on 14 May 2012. He then released his debut EP L.A.M.E (Levitating Above My Enemies) on 4 April 2014.10 February 2015, he released his second mixtape titled, Price City which produced the single, Juice Back. Juice Back later got a remix featuring singer Davido and rapper Cassper Nyovest on 20 November 2015. And the rest, they say, is history.
His big break came when he released the remix of Juice Back, which features Davido and Cassper Nyovest.
